Friendly, relaxed male 39. Would like to share with one or two other people of similar or slightly younger age groups. I work full time at a local college in training and keep myself busy with time at the gym or on a tennis court.

I want to move from my present location as my other flatmates are very noisey and as such i find it difficult to sleep...with that in mind i want to share with flatmates who consider themselves considerate to others in the house.

I consider myself to be an undemanding flatmate but make an effort to get on with everyone and will keep the place ship shape.

I am looking to pay aprox £330-£400 per month inclusive of bills.
