Chef de Partie
4 star hotel looking for experienced Chef De Partie to work within aa rossette recognised restaurant and banqueting. Working within a dedicated team you must have the level of experience where you can take a good level of responsibility. Working with fresh seasonal food you will be working in a quality focused environment.
Job Description
* Work with the Sous Chefs to produce a high standard of food production.
* Be prepared and organised for each service worked.
* Help train and develop junior Chefs
* Consistently maintain high levels of health and hygiene
Required Experience
* Must be capable of running every section in the kitchen
* At least 2 years in a Demi or Chef de Partie position
competetitive rates of pay upon experience
