Hi.. one of our house mates is moving out at the end of May, and we really need someone to take his room over the summer!

The house is fully furnished, with a new kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, and wireless internet connection. It's located in Sandyford, which is only ten minutes walk from the city centre! Rent is 69ppw. You would be living with four girls - we're all postgrad students at Newcastle Uni.

The rest of us are moving out in September, but the landlord would probably be open to you signing a lease for the whole year if you wanted to do that.
