We are a small expanding coffee shop company and we need a little help with our book keeping. We have Sage Instant Accounts and Sage Payroll and are now looking for a trustworthy and financially minded person to join us to input invoices, reconcile the bank statements etc. and make sure we are on top of our accounts at all times.

Ideally, this person would also complete the monthly payroll for our small team and undertake other light administrative duties where necessary.

We are ideally looking for someone who has had experience of Sage in the past or maybe studying accountancy at university.

Working hours can be flexible and to suit and we envisage being around 15-20 hours per week.
