Marketing Solutions, Lt. is a Newcastle based direct marketing firm. We specialize in providing our clients with a consumer-focused approach in order to effectively penetrate their target market.

We are the alternative to mass media campaigns and take the first step towards developing long term relationships with customers. The growth of our client portfolio and our team is a direct reflection of the results we produced in 2008.

We are focused on developing quality candidates through all facets of what we do for our clients- starting out as an account representative and progressing into management.

Marketing & Sales, Campaign Development, Team Leadership & Training will all be covered within the first few months. We are then looking to rapidly train individuals towards a director’s role overseeing their own team and a portion of our client portfolio.

Candidates must be open minded, excited about leadership and not be afraid of hard work! In the past 18 months, we have developed over a dozen strong-minded, ambitious individuals from an entry-level position as an account representative to a management position.
